Beautiful, sparkling rose cut sapphire set in a 14k gold bezel with 14k gold accents and a 2.5mm white diamond (also set in 14k). This all natural sapphire measures 18mm by 14mm. The overall size of the pendant (including the 14k pendant loop) is 30mm by 18mm.

Blue sapphires are part of the mineral species Corundum. Corundum is composed of aluminum and oxygen, which is colorless. It is the trace minerals that provide its hues. When the trace elements are iron and titanium, the sapphire is blue. Chromium provides the reddish hues also found in corundums. Sapphires originate in Madagascar, Sri Lanka, Tanzania and Australia as well as the western US. Sapphire is the birthstone for November.

This pendant is available by itself (no chain), or with a 14k 1.2mm snake chain, a 14k 1mm cable chain or a 1.4mm sterling silver snake chain. All chains are 18".
