Beautiful and unique, Confetti Chrysocolla triangles set in sterling silver with 14k gold ball accents and 2.5mm faceted emeralds. These earrings measure 1 1/2" long by a little under 1/2" wide. I've pierced out the backside of these earrings so these amazing stones can really show off their beauty. There are pieces of chrysocolla suspended in quartz in various shades of teal, aqua and green-just so cool for anyone who appreciates unusual gems! As a side note, one of the stones has a drusy "pocket". This is a crystalline area, about 2mm in diameter that doesn't go all the way through to the back and adds an interesting detail in the natural stone.

These interesting gems originate in the Bacan archipelago in Indonesia. They are a mixture of chrysocolla, malachite and native copper in a silicate. The sparkly emeralds I've paired them with are natural emeralds with a bright green sparkle and added 2mm 14k gold balls on either side of the emeralds.
