This dainty pendant measures (from the top of the pendant bail to the point of the heart) 7/8". It is 1/2" wide. The topaz heart is 9mm wide and 8mm from the center to the point at the bottom. I've pierced out a dainty heart shape on the back side to allow for light to pass through the gemstone. You have a choice to buy the pendant separately, if you already have your own chain or with either a 16" or 18" gold chain.
