Gorgeous Kazakhstan Turquoise, aka Golden Hills Turquoise or Lavender Turquoise, set in all sterling silver. This beautiful, one of a kind ring features an exceptionally pretty stone that measures 15mm by 13mm. The leaf pattern band is 5mm wide. It was constructed of two layers of sterling silver, with the continuous leaf patterned layer soldered on to a solid strip of sterling silver. I then oxidized the bottom strip to accentuate the leaves. This ring is a size 7.5 and due to the patterned band, can't be stretched. I do have many other stones in this beautiful material if you would like to create a custom sized ring.
This type of turquoise originates in Kazakhstan, a country located in Central Asia. This material is rare and is considered a high end, gem quality, collector's type of turquoise. There is not a lot of this turquoise available and because of its beautiful and unusual coloring and patterns, it commands a premium.
